This app helps people develop the ability to run for 5 Kilometres after around 9 weeks of training. It helps increase fitness and stamina in stages week on week.

So after many weeks of training, I am ready for the challenge; run 31 Miles in 31 days of march.
31 Miles the minimum amount I am aiming for but hope to run a further.
