Mark is an Apprentice and is looking forward to a life long career within the IT Industry
Mark recently started as an IT apprentice, and is currently working towards a BTEC Level 3 IT and Communications Qualification
Mark's day to day activities revolve around the IT Support Desk, responding to IT Support Tickets and servicing our business customers. Mark has experience with Microsoft Windows 10. My work activities involve training through the ConnectWise and Sophos learning platforms to become proficient in both systems by the end of each course, with the aim to continue development of my IT and communication skills over the course of the apprenticeship and hopefully in a further career in the IT sector.
He also deals with the Proactive Monitoring and the Executive Summary Reports which tell you about how your companies IT is performing over the week and often does proactive checks on both hardware in our Remote Monitoring System & your software in Sophos, making sure everything is running efficiently and effectively
Mark is an avid gamer and has a lot of interest in IT and computers from building PCs to studying IT and computer science in his own time, and hopes this is the beginning of a long career within the IT sector
