Mark Adams
Mark has been studying as an Apprentice for a year, working towards his City & Guilds Level 3 Information Communication Support Technician qualification.
Mark's day to day activities revolve around the IT Support Desk, helping customers on the phone and via email. He has experience with Windows, using it daily at both work and home alike.
By completing this apprenticeship and working in an IT job role, Mark is able to further his knowledge and skills to work in the IT sector.
Mark also deals with many proactive systems, responding to alerts that may otherwise affect your work flow. By remotely checking all the systems, he ensures everything is running efficiently and effectively.
Outside of work, Mark is an avid gamer and is very interested in all things tech and IT. He recently built his own computer, and manages his own Linux server which can complete all sorts of tasks. In the future, Mark plans to use his server for a website and manage it remotely.
He hopes this all is the beginning of a long career within the IT sector.
