Benjamin Harris
Benjamin is currently working towards a BTEC Level 3 IT and Communications Qualification as an apprentice.
Benjamin has been studying as an Apprentice for 9 months, working towards his Level 3 Information Communication Support Technician qualification.
Benjamin learning experiences includes diagnosing and troubleshooting and software issues, managing helpdesk tickets, and providing clear, step-by-step guidance to resolve technical problems efficiently.
Benjamin is responsible for setting up laptops for new users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing user education on best practices and efficient use of technology.
He also deals with the Proactive Monitoring and the Executive Summary Reports which tell you about how your companies IT is performing over the week and often does proactive checks on both hardware in our Remote Monitoring System & your software in Sophos, making sure everything is running efficiently and effectively.
Benjamin is an avid gamer and has a lot of interest in IT and computers from building PCs to studying IT and computer science in his own time, and hopes this is the beginning of a long career within the IT sector
