IT Service Delivery – Alex Prentice

Alex is an ICT Apprentice with a strong interest in technology and problem solving. He enjoys understanding how systems work and finding the most practical solutions that make a difference.

He values continuous improvement and is always trying to build on his knowledge, whether that’s from developing his technical skills or learning from more experienced team members. Alex takes pride in being approachable and willing to put effort in do things the correct way.

Prior to working at Century IT Services, Alex served in the Royal Signals Regiment of the British Army, where he gained a wide range of valuable qualifications and developed strong technical and leadership skills. During his time in the Army, he learned the true impact that a skilled, experienced, and determined team can achieve when working together toward a common goal.

Outside of work Alex enjoys learning new skills, playing strategy-based games such as chess, and continuously pushing himself to improve. He’s enthusiastic about growing within the workspace and improving his skills and knowledge on IT.
