Founded over ten years ago by three IT professionals with extensive previous careers in corporate and small business environments, Century IT's team understands the needs of organisations both small and large.
In addition to our experienced Directors who are qualified British Computer Society BCS accredited professionals, most of our front line staff have been trained in-house as our own apprentices so that they share the customer focused ethos of our senior management team.
Century IT Services was founded in January 2008 to provide IT Services both IT Support and IT Installation Services to small and medium sized businesses. The founding owners previously had long technical IT and Customer Service careers within the Computing and IT Industry.
Back in January 2008, Century IT Services was a small start-up business with no customers, but had a lot of IT experience and skills along with a huge amount of enthusiasm to do "something quite different to other IT companies"
Starting a new business venture is naturally a daunting prospect as those other business owners who have done the same can agree
Our focus was and has always been our customers and their businesses, we actively listen to our customers and take the time to understand their business and IT issues. We take the time to understand their business aspirations.
We offer each of our customers a Personal IT Service, working as a natural extension of their business, we know our customers by name and what their business does.

Our typical type of customer tends not to like large customer call centres and nameless people, and much prefer their IT Service Provider to be accessible, consistent and responsive and take a genuine concern in the day to day running of their business.
