Back then, in our opinion, there was a noticeable and notable way that IT Services were typically delivered to business from an IT Outsourcing Company. A certain style on how the industry had operated for many years. None of which focused on the Customer Service element of the experience and had the primary focus on the technology delivery.

We decided to have a foundation of an IT Outsourcing Company and IT Consultancy Company that provided IT Services company business model that was quite different than other support companies, and anything that had gone previously.

Century IT Services was founded in January 2008 as an IT Outsourcing Company to provide cost effective Business IT Services, Managed IT Services, Business IT Support, Cyber Security and Business IT Installation Services to Small and Medium Sized Businesses.
The owners have many years experience, both Technical IT and Customer Service careers within the Computing and IT Industry, in addition, Leadership Team are qualified British Computer Society BCS accredited professionals (MBCS) Back in January 2008, Century IT Services was a small start-up business with no customers, but had a lot of IT experience, skills, along with a huge amount of enthusiasm to do "something quite different to other IT companies"
Starting a new business venture is naturally a daunting prospect as those other business owners who have done the same can agree

Our believe is that, our responsibilities also extend beyond this and into the younger generation of people whom are looking for careers within the IT industry. We are keen to pass on our work ethics, knowledge and skills to the next generation of people. Most of our front line staff have been trained in-house as our own apprentices so that they share the customer focused ethos of our Senior Management Team.
These work ethics and culture that founded the IT Outsourcing business all those years ago has served us well. Business relationships tend to be long term with Century IT Services, we understand what businesses require. The customers we picked up in the early days of business formation are still customers today!
