It goes without saying that when you are moving from one I.T. supplier to another, it is a nervous time, & that’s exactly where we found ourselves in early 2008. We had had several small but nevertheless annoying issues with our current IT, support & broadband supplier.

I was recommended to get in touch with Paul from Century, & boy did I give him a hard time. Our initial requirements were to upgrade the existing server, fit an additional new server, change broadband suppliers, change website host, upgrade to office 2007, allow for mobile user remote access, & to top it off, this was in 4 different locations across the UK.

Century proactively monitor our network and servers, they are on hand to provide our day to day network support. They have proven they are people you can rely upon when things go wrong with their consistent and helpful approach. Nothing seems too much trouble, all systems are working above expectations & the backup has been fantastic, Century do seem to be as they claim, “Experts in their field”.

We have used Century to expand our Security Supplies business and open up another branch, & have recently relocated our Southampton Branch, all were even smoother than I expected.
